Holiday weekends during high season (April-October) require a 3-night minimum stay. Off-season dates (November-March) require a 2-night minimum stay.

A deposit of the first night's fee is required to reserve accommodations. Cancellations must be received no less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to ensure the deposit refund, less a non-refundable $35 processing fee.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival, the fee for the entire reservation period is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same period of time. If the unit is re-rented, a refund (less transaction fees) will be provided.

There are no refunds for early departures, no-shows, or inclement weather.

To provide a healthy environment for all our guests all rooms are non-smoking. IMPORTANT: A $200 charge will be applied to the customer's credit card if it is determined that smoking has taken place inside the property.

*Up to (1) dog per accommodation in Rooms or Cabins only is permitted (with the exception of Pit Bulls or Pit Mixes, which are expressly prohibited) with a nonrefundable $50 cleaning fee, and the guest must agree to and abide by the Hotel Pet Policy & Agreement form.
IMPORTANT: A $200 charge will be applied to the customer's credit card if it is determined that unreported animals have been kept in the rooms.
